LAS SALAS DEL TRIBUNAL FEDERAL DE JUSTICIA ADMINISTRATIVA NO DEBEN EJERCER DE MANERA PARCIAL SU FACULTAD PARA INVOCARLOS.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"lblTexto\">En t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 88 del C\u00f3digo Federal de Procedimientos Civiles, de aplicaci\u00f3n supletoria al juicio contencioso administrativo federal, los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales se encuentran dotados de la facultad para invocar hechos notorios relacionados con la controversia sometida a su consideraci\u00f3n, aun cuando no hayan sido alegados ni probados por las partes. Sin embargo, atento a la obligaci\u00f3n contenida en el art\u00edculo 1o. de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, de desplegar todas las atribuciones a su alcance para prevenir, investigar, sancionar y reparar las violaciones a los derechos humanos, dicha facultad no debe ser ejercida de manera parcial por las Salas del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa, mediante la consideraci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo de hechos notorios adversos a las pretensiones de los justiciables.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00c9CIMO TRIBUNAL COLEGIADO EN MATERIA ADMINISTRATIVA DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"lblTribunal\" class=\"titulo-negrita\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"precedentes\">\n<div id=\"lblPrecedentes\">\n<p class=\"francesa\">Amparo directo 535\/2018.
